The Mekong Delta Vietnam is the southernmost region of Vietnam. It is often referred to as the rice bowl of Vietnam as it produces three harvests per year. The fertile Mekong Delta is also famous for its tropical fruits and flowers. The Delta area marks the end of a 4,500km journey made by the Mekong River after having traveled through six countries. Traditional transportation in the Delta is by boat along a vast network of canals and channels. Boating along these canals and visiting the floating markets always proves to be a fascinating and rewarding experience for all visitors...

Day 1: Saigon - Mekong Delta - Can Tho (Meals: Lunch)
Taking 2hs bus trip from Sai Gon to My tho city, then get a boat trip along the river , enjoying the daily life of local people, landing on the island to visit local people village, fruit garden. Stop at local people family to enjoy tropical fruit and listen to traditional music. Taking rowing boat cruise into some small canals to enjoy the scenary of coconut tree forest and mangrove forest. Cruise to another island to visit the bee farm where you will see how people get honey, enjoy honey tea, honey win. After lunch we cruise to another island to see people make coconut candies in a small local factory. Turn around by boat to see the daily life of local people.

In the afternoon transfer to Can Tho city, arrive in Can Tho at 6h00pm, check in, dinner then stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Can Tho - Chau Doc (Meals: Breakfast)
Early in the morning we get the boat trip to floating market, that is the special thing in the southern Vietnam. Cruise in to floatting market to see how people do business from boat to boat. Land on the local people village to visit a small factory where they make rice noodle and rice paper. Lunch at the local restaurant.

After lunch we head to Chau Doc, on the way to Chau Doc we stop at Thot not to visit the croccdile, then stop at Long Xuyen to visit insence making village, arrive Chau Doc at 5h00pm, so we have time to visit Sam mountain, enjoy the sunset down, see rice paddy field, visit Queen lady temple. Stay over night in the hotel.

Day 3: Chau Doc - Saigon (Meals: Breakfast)
After breakfast we take a boat trip to visit the fish farm, floatting village, visit Cham monority people village where you see people weave Sarong by traditonal way.

After the boat trip in Chau Doc we come back to Sai gon, stop at Sa Dec to visit brick factory, stop to visit the bonsai garden. Get back to Sai Gon at 5h00pm.
